Bad blow dry experience - very slow and came out with straight hair although had asked for waves.
Everytime i have had a disaster with my haircut/dye from other salons whilst university, John and Fiona have ALWAYS been able to fix it.Their years and years of experience can really be seen in the hair treatment they give me. John is such pro at what he does and I always walk out of this salon with a smile on my face. They are too are warm and welcoming people, which really makes the difference!
Fantastic. I would recommed Fiona as she is very personal and particular in what she does. We had never met Fiona and was traveling from Nothern Ireland to attend the Queen's garden party. When I explained what I was looking for she was able to do exactly what I wanted. Thanks Fiona. X
Terrible hairdresser. Ruined my hair with awful 80's haircut (I wish I could add a picture to illustrate) and blow dry that burnt it. I asked for a trim and said I was growing it out.. came out with a fringe and super short layers everywhere. I've never had such a bad haircut (and never seen something that ugly on anyone else). Plus it was expensive. I absolutely hate my hair now (and I'm not even fussy when it comes to my hair - I change it very often and easily go from long to short etc.. )
Went to this salon for a blow dry for a black tie event - came out with a full restyle! It's a touch shorter than I wanted but have had a million compliments since! John was just a lovely guy, so enthusiastic - he wanted to make sure I had the best possible cut (I hadn't had a haircut for over a year...shhh don't tell him!!) It felt like he took real pleasure in cutting my hair just right! If I didn't live in Leeds, he'd be my hairdresser forever!
